"I was a little concerned about doing business with them at first.
Their prices were half of what I'd seen the same items listed for on other sites.
...and putting LLC in your name makes me feel like you're going to bolt out the back door any second.
They don't have a huge selection of items and some of the catalog images are a little shakey,
but the descriptions are accurate and the items are high quality.
The items I purchased were excellent quality and the prices are very good,
shipping is reasonable and quick.
I would not hesitate to order from them again."

"An excellent source for vintage eyeglass frames with a large and varied selection.
Great customer service with quick responses to questions about the items and orders that come from a real live human being.
No computer generated responses, no "bots", an actual person.
My purchase was exactly as described/pictured.
The price was equal to or better then the competition.
The shipping was very fast.

"A friend of mine bought a used vending machine and he asked me to look at it for him. I don't know squat about beverage machines, (I used to fix photocopiers), but the guy owns a liquor store AND he's a cop so I wasn't going to say no. Having a friend with a liquor license (and a cop) that owes you a favor...
Anyway, the folks at D-N were great. The service manual, parts manual and the trouble shooting guide for their equipment are all available on line. The woman in the parts department was incredibly helpful and gave me the number for tech support in case I ran into trouble.
I thought the prices were good, the shipping was fair, and customer service was outstanding.
Don't hesitate to do business with them."

"They have good prices, the shipping is appropriate and the item arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I would order from them again if the price was right, but they wouldn't be my first choice.
The down side is this, I sent them an eMail with a question about a product, got a verification that they received the inquiry, but I never got an answer to my question, they just blew me off.
They also don't send an order verification by eMail and you can't reach them by phone, calls are switched directly to voice-mail.
I give them 4 out of 5, 1 off for blowing me off."

"They had the best price I could find on line and then they knocked an additional 15% the off price to match a vendor I didn't find.
The phone and eMail support is great and delivery was 4 days after I placed my order.
I would definitely order from them again.

"I was surprised to see negative reviews.
This is my first order with them and personally, I was 100% satisfied.
I can't speak to the issues others had, my experience was painless.
I didn't care for the lack of an eMail confirmation of my order, but they had the best price, the shipping was cheap and it was in my hands 72 hours after I hit "send".
...what's not to like?
I give them a 5 out of 5."
